Can I use my funds at multiple gloloft locations?Yes, you can use your Beauty Bank funds across our locations. Check out our locations page for more details!

Is there a long term commitment?No long-term commitment. Memberships are month to month after the first 90 days, and you can cancel with 30 days written notice.

If I cancel my membership, do I lose the money in my membership account?No, you can still use the funds available in your beauty bank toward any product or treatment purchase at GloLoft. However, if your membership is canceled, you are no longer eligible to receive the discounts associated with your membership.

Can I combine my membership discounts with promotions?No, unless otherwise stated. But we often do promotions exclusively for members!

Can I freeze my membership?Yes, you can freeze a membership for up to three months out of any 12-month period. Before you opt to freeze, remember that you can always use your beauty bank towards product purchases to continue your skincare regimen at home, even if you aren’t receiving regular treatments. If you choose to freeze, you are still able to visit the clinic and use any banked dollars you have in your account, but you do not have access to membership discounts while your membership is frozen.
